Our Services

Support that meets you where you are—and where you’re trying to go.

You don’t need to have everything figured out to start therapy. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns that aren’t working, or just wanting to understand yourself on a deeper level, this is a space to slow down, get curious, and feel supported while you figure it out.

Individual
Adult Therapy

Individual therapy is a space to explore what’s been weighing on you, make sense of your patterns, and build tools that actually feel usable in your real life.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, self-doubt, relationship challenges, or just feeling stuck, we’ll work together in a way that feels collaborative, honest, and supportive.

Teen
Therapy

Being a teen comes with a lot—emotionally, socially, and internally. This space is designed to help teens feel safe enough to open up, understand what they’re feeling, and build confidence in navigating their world. We balance connection with practical support, helping teens feel both understood and equipped.

Child & Youth
Therapy

— coming soon —

Children don’t always have the words to express what they’re feeling. Emotions often show up through behavior, worries, big reactions, withdrawal, or challenges at home and school.

Using a warm, age-appropriate approach, we help children understand their emotions, build coping skills, and navigate challenges with greater confidence—while supporting parents with practical guidance along the way.

Therapy that feels human.

At The Therapy Room, we believe meaningful therapy starts with connection.

Our approach is warm, relational, and grounded in curiosity–not judgement. We take time to understand your experiences, strengths, and goals so that therapy feels supportive, collaborative, and tailored to you.

Whether you’re looking for tools, deeper insight, or simply a place to exhale, we’re here to meet you where you are.
