I didn’t start out in private practice—I spent seven years teaching before moving into psychology, which still shapes how I show up in this work today.

I’m especially drawn to working with adolescents and adults who are navigating anxiety, relationship dynamics, life transitions, or feeling stuck in patterns they can’t quite make sense of.

My approach is informed by EMDR, attachment-based therapy, parts work, and nervous system regulation. That means we’re not just working with thoughts—we’re also exploring emotions, past experiences, and how your body responds to stress.

Over the past few years in private practice, I’ve developed a style that’s both relational and direct. I’m not a “sit back and nod” kind of therapist—I’ll meet you with warmth and honesty, and I’m not afraid to challenge you when it matters.

Outside of the therapy room, I’m usually chasing around my two toddlers, moving my body, spending time with friends, or reworking something in my space (I love anything interior design or fashion-related). I’m also a recovering people-pleaser, which means I get it—not just professionally, but personally too.
