As a therapist, I value warmth, authenticity, and collaboration. I aim to create a space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered as they move toward healing, growth, and a greater sense of safety within themselves and their relationships.
I work with adolescents, teens, and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, self-worth concerns, life transitions, and attachment-related concerns. Many of the clients I support find themselves feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, disconnected from themselves, or struggling to understand why they think, feel, or respond the way they do.
My approach is trauma-informed and attachment-focused, grounded in the belief that emotional safety is something we create together. My professional experience includes supporting youth, adults, and families impacted by trauma, addiction, sexual violence, relationship challenges, and emotional distress. Drawing from EMDR, parts work, nervous system regulation, and other evidence-based approaches, I strive to help clients build self-trust, strengthen their connection with themselves, and create meaningful change.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll likely find me spending time with my animals, reading, tending to my plants, enjoying the outdoors, or playing sports. I find that nature, movement, and connection help me stay grounded and reconnect with what matters most.
